The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful when booking the property. The home itself is new, spacious, updated, and very quiet. All the beds were very comfortable and the backyard was a great place to hang out. Would recommend for group trips!

This is a great place for larger groups. The location is perfect: close to the airport and the strip. A couple things to note, it's off a busy street. From the backyard you can barely hear the traffic, but you can hear from some of the bedrooms. A white noise machine would be nice for those rooms. Also, the place is not fully stocked with some basics and extras. It would be nice had there been more cooking spices, games, beach towels, etc. But overall we really liked the home!

I rented this house for a business trip for 8 (3F,5M) and it was overall very nice and I would recommend it. A few things to note, The house is off of a busy road, but the sound isn't bothersome. The kitchen is not stocked well with cookware, though there are plenty of plates and bowls. The electric wiring throughout the house is a little wonky, many outlets didn't work, one ceiling fan didn't work unless the lights were off, and one bedroom's lights were connected to the hall lights, manageable but annoying. The hot tub in the photos is not working anymore and the one you can use is surrounded by rocks so plan accordingly. Another thing to note that threw us off is the host met us at the house to let us in. Now after a long travel day and having to set up our booth at the convention center... This wasn't very exciting for us. Nonetheless, we were unbothered for the rest of our stay and enjoyed the house.
