If you're reading this review, you're looking to stay here and have already read or will read the rest of the reviews. I agree with all the reviews except the 3 & 4-star reviews. So, I won't repeat what has already been written about the location, amenities, and Unmesh uncle. Instead, let me make 3 points that aren't covered. This place is a 30-minute drive from Ganpatipule. I'd recommend staying here to enjoy the clean beach (and the din?) at Ganpatipule and/or visit the temple. You need to have a vehicle, and you're pretty much set. The beach and farm vibe are about 30 minutes from each other. I went during a long weekend, so this is about as long as it took in busy tourist times. Stargazers, this is for you. No light pollution and unobstructed views. Bring those telescopes. A great 1-night stopover en route from Mumbai to Goa. Do get here before sunset. P.S. I'm not a 'hotel' guy Finally - Unmesh uncle and Vadavati: Thank you for making such places exist :-) I'll be back.

The place is heavenly me and my dogs to which I brought 5 of, had a lot of fun! The host is warm, welcoming and super helpful, would highly recommend and visit again without a second thought!

A beautiful place to spend your time in peace away from any hustle bustle. The place was super amazing and hosts were super helpful with everything. Would definitely love to visit again and spend some quality time with friends.

It was such a cute little house!! Feels just like home, we had taken our doggo along and he absolutely loved the space too. The house itself was very private and had the best views. The interiors were so aesthetically pleasing, the cutest deco. It was soooo clean also. I loved that. Uncle was always helpful with everything we needed. We had reached very late in the night due to some unexpected delays, and uncle woke up from his sleep to check us in. He even made us his special vadas, which were so yummy. It’s a small little community and they’re all such genuinely nice people. The beaches around are relatively untouched and beautifullll. And Veda was always quick to respond to any queries we had. The plunge pool was an amazing addition to it all. We spent hours in there, just looking at the view. We would definitely be visiting again soon!!!
