The studio is equipped with a king-sized beds that comes with ultra-soft mattress, fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows that will offer you a very relaxing sleep. Soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel are provided for the guests and a welcome pack upon arrival.

Initial 3 days AC did mot work. The temperature of the room was 25* C Next day water started dripping from AC. Overall not at all a pleasant stay
I had a terrible stay at this place , the place was supposed to be ready by the pre requested Time for a self check in , to my surprise the place was locked and I had to wait with my bags in the lobby for hours then when I contacted frank porter support by call a I was told somebody will come with a key within 15 minutes and the first Lady on support was really rude . But nobody came and even after 30 mins and I called support 3 more times and I parallelly contacted air bnb support . They were courteous and apologetic but nobody came for another 90 minutes ( by this time I have been waiting for 2 hours with my bags in the dimly out corridor ) finally after almost somebody came with a key and once I opened the doors I saw a messy miss arranged place ( have photos to prove) with stained dirty mirrors , unclean toilet debris, dust and paint residue all Over the place including floors , counter tops etc . I left the place leaving my bag with promise from the person that he will have the

JLT is a local gem. It has about 68 towers with area parks and running tracks. There are also over 540 retail outlets that you can shop in. If you do not want to move that much around Dubai, there are over 300 restaurants and cafés to choose from as over the past few years, this has been the place of new restaurants and bar openings. From a variety of leisure to recreation activities to choose from, you are definitely in the right place!
If you want to stay local, everything you need is around you—grocery, cafes, restaurants, dry cleaning, 24/7 store, and more.
If you love the beach, JBR is 10 minutes away and Kite Beach is 15 minutes away all by taxi.
For shopping, the main malls are close by. Marina Mall is across the road and Mall of the Emirates and Ibn Battuta Mall are all within 15 minutes from JLT.
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi if you want to easily travel around Dubai.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where JLT 2 bus goes around JLT if you simply want to roam within the area. The Sobha Realty metro station is only a 5-minute walk. The Dubai metro system can get you from one end to another of the Emirate.
Restaurants and cafes are accessible on foot. Carrefour Market is a few minutes away.
The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30 minutes). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
