We're lucky to have visited homes (and Airbnbs) all over the world, and know just what guests are looking for. This desert oasis, features modern yet cozy touches throughout. The overall design reflects the perfect blend of organic modern, and California casual. During your stay, we have curated the following for you and your guests to enjoy: - Decor and features worthy of any design-admirer’s dream, including hand-picked furniture, artwork and statement pieces. - Full access to the property’s 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, to its outdoor bbq/living/dining patio - all of which feature modern yet cozy touches. - A shared pool and hot tub (just steps away), with idyllic views of the desert landscape. - Quick accessibility to everything the greater Palm Springs area has to offer. INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME This vacation rental is fully furnished with Smart TVs and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, stovetop espresso maker, coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster and a blender big enough for your pitcher of margs'. Kitchen: Basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. Some cooking supplies aren't guaranteed to be supplied such as oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc. House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. For longer term guests, you'll need to replenish additional supplies. Location: Cathedral City is home to many fine resorts, dining options, shopping venues, art galleries and family-centered recreational facilities. Travelers say its hometown vibe, desert flora, and scenic golf courses continually draw them back while its festivals and special events make them want to stay. Other Items: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. ESTIMATED DISTANCES FROM THE VACATION HOME - Palm Springs International: 10-minutes. - Empire Polo Fields: 30-minutes. - Old Town La Quinta: 30-minutes. - Indian Wells Tennis Garden: 25-minutes. - Palm Desert/El Paseo: 25-minutes. - Downtown Palm Springs: 12-minutes. - LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic. "Maximum occupancy is two occupants per permitted bedroom, or 4 guests total." "No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the rental at all times" "Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property."

This was a last min booking for Coachella music festival. It was 15 mins from the Coachella shuttle pickup/drop off location , so very convenient for that. We got into town early so we were able to check out the amenities before the check-in due to early checkin not being allowed but understandable. When we checked in the clean up crew was finishing up so they let us into the Airbnb. Later on the first day we noticed the battery was dead for the electronic door lock and Jake was quick to get it resolved and told us where the spare battery was located. The rest of the weekend we mostly just slept at the Airbnb and was at the Coachella music festival most of the time . The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and accommodated our 4 guest perfectly. Jake was very quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay, I would stay here again.
Luxurious accommodations, plenty of amenities, nice views, beautiful and relaxing place. Highly recommend!
Jake was such a wonderful host!! He was always responsive and his place was absolutely perfect! Everything about this stay was a 11/10 and I will definitely be staying here again in the near future! Thank you for everything Jake :)
We would come back again— no question! Beautifully appointed condo with very nice kitchen amenities. Quiet and safe at night. Loads of pools. We liked walking to the clubhouse at HH for a cocktail. Great hosts who care about their guests.

Located in Desert Princess Country Club this meticulously maintained community boasts an immaculately groomed 27-hole championship golf course framed in the panoramic splendor of the San Jacinto mountain range. The Desert Princess Clubhouse is open to the public, with The Mountain View Grille, Lagos Café, and 35 swimming pools. The recreation and Fitness Center features state-of-the-art fitness and exercise equipment, seven US open tennis courts, basketball, racquetball, ten championship pickle-ball courts, two bocce-ball courts, and a full-service spa with sauna, hot tub and lap pool.
There are parking spaces just steps from the front door to the condo. A maximum of 2 cars are allowed.
Parking on the street is not allowed.
The community has gated security that you will have access to.

Roav is derived from the word Rove meaning: "To travel constantly without a fixed destination, to wander." I began co-hosting Airbnbs while I was in college as a side-hustle. What started with humble beginnings has led to hosting 4000+ stays all over the country. I created Roav Stays; a short-term rental hosting company mainly specializing in urban travel apartments, & condos. Now, my partner and I are focusing on our true passion: creating beautiful spaces that bring joy, inspiration, and relaxation.
