He had everything I could think of needing! The only thing that I didn’t like was one of the neighbors. They had a mess of a yard, dogs always outside barking and people pulling up all hours of the night. That obviously can’t be helped by the homeowner. The house was perfect for a large family! Beautiful views and close to town! He was so good with communication as well! The softest towels I’ve ever used! Would return again!

This house was great for our group of 8 on a snowboarding trip. It’s a spacious house with upper and lower living areas that were great for game nights or hanging out. The hot tub was perfect especially after being on the mountain. Overall, the house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Mike is incredibly responsive and helpful.

Very comfortable beds and pillows and super nice towels. Lots of space. Loved the hot tub. Convenient to Durango. Mike is great at communicating.

Mike place was comfortable and nice amenities. Would recommend for a larger group, but worked well for my wife and I. Close enough to Durango for all the town has to offer but far enough away to be away from all the congestion.
