The stay was adequate but there were a few issues with the property. The dishes in all the cabinets were dirty, almost all of them. There was no dishwasher cleaner/pods so we had to wash everything by hand before using it. Additionally, there was one replacement roll of toilet paper in the house that appeared to have bodily fluids on it. The owner lives next door and showed the property during our stay, as it is actively listed for sale. He kept coming into the yard while we were there which made for an uncomfortable experience. We selected this property for location and because the pictures made it look like there was a fully fenced-in yard for our dog. The fully fenced-in area is the pool next door and not the yard attached to the house. The owner put up chicken wire to close off the yard but our dog would have broken out if we let her roam free. The house is also next to a highway off/on ramp which was not clear in the listing.

It gets the job done. The house is up for auction and the homeowner knocked on the door at 9pm asking if they could have buyers come by (which we felt was super inappropriate) however he was understanding when we said no. On arrival the laundry machine was full of dirty laundry and there were piles of sheets on the floor in the corner of the room. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Seems like the cleaners left in a rush... Vacasa does not respond to messages except with an automatic response, and the response lists an incorrect phone number for the homeowner, so there is no way to get in touch with them. Anyway like I said, it gets the job done, and the price is right, but this is not your pick if you're looking for luxury.
