Pros: Clean place, good size bedrooms and full baths. Really appreciated the w/d and fully stocked kitchen. Nice quiet building. Loved the secured parking garage. You would have to ask if you had more than 1 car or someone was coming to visit. There is a Ralph’s grocery right there, 5 minute walk down stairs. The pools looked lovely. We did not use them or workout room. Due to making sure to not look like Airbnb’ers :) Assistant was great, easy to get ahold of and answered all questions. Checkout was fine. Cons: Meeting up to get keys was more than annoying because Airbnb won’t change checkin time. They were very apologetic and stayed in touch as to when they would be there. Just make sure you verify what time they will be there before you get there. You have to ask for the 2 air mattresses before you arrive. He did get them out when I requested but said I should have let them know before hand and there is usually a charge for them.

Apartment itself was nice and location is safe. In a massive building that’s a little hard to navigate and have to be very clear that you’re not there for an AirBnB Not self check-in, but self check out. Have to communicate with CleanStays on Airbnb and both their assistant and the owner via text which is a little cumbersome. Gate in and out of parking worked about half the time
