Swim in this clean spring-fed lake, enjoy a kayak ride, bike ride on nearby rail trails, bring a rod for some great fishing, take a hike up a nearby mountain trail with stunning views of the lake, make s'mores in a fire pit by the water, read your favorite book on our large screened in porch / deck / hammock, or visit some of the nearby foodie favorites! This 5 bedroom space shares one large great room (kitchen / dining / living room). There are three bedrooms on the 2nd floor and two on the 1st floor. There is one full bath on the 1st floor (with shower) and one on the 2nd floor (with tub). The great room walks out onto a large screened in porch that overlooks the lake. Then you walk out onto a non-covered deck that wraps around the screened in porch. The lakeside yard walks right out into the water (or onto the dock - seasonal only). On the street side of the house, there is a circular driveway with plenty of parking. There are air conditioning units in the bedrooms only. The main space is not conditioned.
