This Brand New waterfront Cottage is one of the most popular in Lakes Region and is central to all the Lakes Region has to offer. Along the western tip of the lake, easy access to I-93. The community comes with a day dock and easy access to boating and other lake activities. Come back year after year. 2023 Seadoo Limited jetski available for $300/day. We love repeat guests and offer discounts for second stays! We fell in love with this condo at first sight. It has been designed with a modern feel, but with details that harmonize with the surrounding area. It is cozy, bright, and calming to be able to wake with the sound of the loons on the lake and see the morning sun sparkling across Paugus Bay. The convenience of the day dock across the street opens up the heart and soul of the Lakes Region: Lake Winnipesaukee. We look forward to spending many years of enjoyment here. However, while we continue to have busy professional lives, we don't feel this property should go unenjoyed. We have a 2023 Seadoo GT Limited available for rent for an additional $300/day. A boating license is required in the state of New Hampshire. Out of state licenses are acceptable. If you do not have a boaters license there are temporary licenses available and we can show you how to get one! This is a requirement for all jetski and boat rentals above 25hp in the state of New Hampshire We have a deep knowledge of New Hampshire having lived here our entire life and would love to share our knowledge with you. Please, feel comfortable for advice on anything New Hampshire, Massachusetts, or Maine. See why we call New England home.

This was our first experience with Airbnb and it was great due to our fabulous host and hostess, Matthew and Christina. Matthew answered any question I asked in the app within 2 hours if not immediately. Their place is clean, has a well stocked kitchen, internet and streaming services. The pictures make the place look a little bigger than it actually is. I got exactly what was pictured. Thanks to Matt and Christina! We had a wonderful time and would def recommend.
This cottage is beautiful!!!! We had an absolutely wonderful overnight stay at Matthew’s cottage and highly recommend this airbnb to anyone who is looking for a cozy, clean, and relaxing retreat. My fiancée and 2 year old mini Goldendoodle and I enjoyed our stay at the cottage & absolutely loved the waterfront views! The location of this home is close to restaurants, local shopping, and grocery stores. We had a very easy time finding the rental and felt like it was in a great location for us to get around. The home itself is very clean and has so much charm to it! Matthew was a very kind and responsive host before, during, and after my stay. I hope to rent again in the future! Thanks so much!

We had an absolutely lovely time at Matthew’s place. We visited with our senior pup for my fiancés 30th birthday. He wanted a relaxing week in New Hampshire and the stay was exactly as described. The house was absolutely beautiful and felt brand new. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We were notified before arrival that the oven was not working but that was no issue as we had no use for the oven. The location was great and the view of the lake was fantastic. Matthew was very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be staying again once it is warm and everything is open for the season.
This area is returning to our home of 33 years so we are very familiar with it the area and things to do. We picked this unit because of location, location, location. It put us near the area we love, the things we love to do and the family and friends we want to see. The listing matched the unit perfectly. Great hosts.

This private 12 unit association consists of 12 detached units. The grounds are meticulously maintained and attention to detail has been paid throughout. This association was built, brand new, in 2023. Each unit is allowed 2 parking spaces and is available to any guest booking our unit. Across the street the association owns the adjacent boat house, day dock, and boating slips along the shores of Paugus Bay. The association is located within a mile of Shaws, Hannafords, Lowes, TD Bank, and much more. Within five miles is Irwin Marins, Paugus Bay Marina, Weirs Beach and thr gateway to New Hampshire's Lakes Region. Stay a short while with us and you may decide to be our neighbor and join us in New Hampshire's Lakes Region.
Two parking spaces are guaranteed per rental. One is marked with the number ten, the other is an available space in the communal parking in the front of the condo association or to the right of unit 11.
