The entire townhouse, private 2-car garage, and rooftop is exclusively yours without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. NO PETS ALLOWED We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in additional odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for our return, future guests, and your return visits ADDITIONAL DETAILS TO NOTE (PLEASE review our house rules prior to booking) * Unauthorized private events will be terminated immediately with no refund. * Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors. * ALL GUESTS MUST BE LISTED on the reservation. Per our community guidelines, only 2 visitors are allowed. Overnight hours start at 11PM. * There is a 3 car limit inside the community. Stopping/parking in front of the garage is allowed for one car. Two cars are allowed in the oversized garage. Free street parking is available by first come first serve. There is a pay as you go parking lot within the block if you have additional cars or large vehicles such as “jacked up trucks” and boats. * It’s Texas! Keep all of the doors shut so little critters won’t make their way into the property and to keep the heat out. *It’s Texas! Weather is predictably, unpredictable. We do our best to dust off and clean the rooftop amenities. Please be mindful there is no cover and everything is exposed to all elements. We provide cleaning supplies if you must need during your stay. * Guest MUST let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or reservation will be cancelled.
