We had an incredible time at the cottage! What a beautiful place to stay and the views across the fields to the hills were out of this world. The cottage was super cosy, and so spacious at the same time. Allison and Neil were amazing too, helpful and very friendly! (Not forgetting Myrtle the cat, who was also a very lovely host). We’d definitely recommend to anyone for their stay in the Shropshire hills. It was the perfect location for great walks, countryside and relaxation.
Such an amazing place to stay! Perfectly located for walking on the Long Mynd or the Stipperstones, warm, spotless, very flexible times on arriving annd departing and everything you could possibly wish for in the bathroom and kitchen. The welcome pack was second to none! Other Airbnb’s we have been to have provided just the basics, not here! Enough for two breakfasts, snacks and even ice cream in the freezer!!! Just wonderful! We will be returning!! Thank you Allison and Neil.
Wonderful stay in an amazing setting. Peaceful with beautiful views. Perfect place to explore the Shropshire Hills. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.
I cannot praise Allison, Neil and their property enough! From the minute we booked to the minute we left they were the perfect hosts and the property is outstanding! It has an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge that’s furnished to the highest level. I was taken by the rocking chair, it must be my age! The kitchen is well stocked with excellent appliances. There’s a coffee machine, tea, coffee pods and coffee bags. There was a welcome basket of ‘local treats’ and breakfast items, including a freshly baked loaf, butter, milk, etc. In the lounge there’s a flat screen HDTV with Prime and Netflix if you get bored with the amazing views from the property. The bedroom has a Super King bed that’s super comfy and tons of wardrobe space. The shower room is bigger than a flat I had in the late 70’s! The property is amazing, nothing’s been left to chance and everything is of the highest quality. It is exceptional! If you want luxurious comfort, tranquility and beautiful views this is it!
A wonderful stay as usual. Allison really does go the extra mile. It was warm comfortable relaxing quiet and had everything I needed and more. The welcome basket and stocked fridge are lovely touches. The setting is stunning and the lovely host Allison is extremely welcoming and friendly. I stay in Shropshire regularly and always look forward to my home from home. It just makes everything so much easier to know I will be so comfortable. Thank you Allison.
