Two living rooms, one to get cosy and watch some television and the second open living room has two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and plenty of space for some entertaining. A small closed room follows to keep all of your luggage, beach accessories, even your paddle boards if you wish. Up the stairs you have a bathroom that’s modern and has a nice feel to it. Three bedrooms - one double room, one twin room & one single room. A Cot is available on request and can be used in the double or the single room. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. Outdoor decking and a spacious garden. Off road parking front and rear.
