The house is as described. Very convenient. Great backyard. We enjoyed staying at this house. Carl, the host, was very friendly and very responsive. We’ll gladly stay at this house during our next visit to Dan Diego.
Had such a wonderful time staying at Carl's property. It had everything we could possibly need and he was such a responsive and attentive host. We were in communication before and during our stay and he always got back to us so quickly. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area!
The house is beautiful. Everything is as described. Very convenient inside and outside. Very close to everything. The host of the house is very responsive and very friendly. Would love to rent it again next time visiting San Diego.
I picked this listing because of the reviews I had read and was disappointed once I arrived. First I will list the positives . The house was very clean and Carl sent a message when the home was ready. I had read reviews from two previous guests with concerns/ suggestions and Carls defensive responses but here it is: There is a air gap around the back door causing a cold air draft throughout the house The couch in the living room is worn and very uncomfortable. There is a stain on the couch that was hidden with a blanket. The beds were both very uncomfortable.There were no extra blankets There was barely more than a dribble of water pressure in the shower. There were no instructions left on how to use the heater ( we needed this due to the air draft throughout the house) We were rushed out of the home with requests to strip the beds and have the kitchen as clean as possible, told the cleaners would be there promptly at 10am. The cleaner was outside at 945am causing us to be rushed
Carl was a great host, and this property was exactly what we were looking for. Super easy to find and the check-in process was easy! Any questions we had, Carl was able to answer right away and without any issues. I would highly recommend this location to someone looking in this area!
