I have stayed in Savusavu many times and was so glad I made this choice on this trip. Janet was a wonderful host and was always happy to help with any requests and advice. I am biased as I love Savusavu but this location is on one of the worlds most beautiful roads. I don’t want to say to much more as it won’t be free when I try and return. Thank you again Janet.

This cute studio was perfect for my needs and I would definitely return. It is located right across the street from the beach. It is in a neighborhood so I was happy I had noise canceling earbuds so roosters and dogs didn’t wake me. Fiji is an adventure and some things came up but Janet, Ian or her assistant Betty were around to help. It is important for you to get a SIM card which Betty takes you to do upon arrival and even more important to pay the extra 25 FD to be able to call outside the “dijicell” carrier. Otherwise calls to Janet, the taxi numbers provided or people that you meet along the way who don’t have dijicell will not work. Took a few days for me to sort that out. I thought it was super generous that they offered to pick me up from the airport and took me to the market so I could get kitchen supplies. I advise to lock the door at night. I did have a drunk visitor come to the door. Alcohol is sadly a problem in Fiji but they are good people.

Janet’s accommodation was wonderful. A few kilometers from savusavu. Very peaceful and relaxing. Great snorkeling right outside. Janet is super friendly, inviting, and provides great restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend!

It is a very awesome holiday in this house. Though it is a little far away from town. But it is very quiet and beautiful. You can see the sea and you also can catch crabs at night.Betty and Lio are also very nice! Thanks very much ~

What can I say? If not splendid. Unfortunately I didn't get to meet Janet and Ian, but they were incredible in letting me stay in their accommodation. The studio is a real haven of peace and paradise, and to feel almost outside in nature while being in accommodation was simply exquisite. It's perfectly equipped with everything you need, large enough for 1 or 2 people to stay for a few days. Even though it's a bit out of the way from the town of Savusavu, it's totally worth it, it's so cosy. I hope to come back and meet them at last! Their staff, Betty and Lio, were there to welcome me when I arrived (they also booked me a taxi), and were lovely.
