Place is very nice and chill, but the thing is some of amenities in the room is not working but over all including the views and beach are refreshing.

If you are looking for best place to stay in Mabini area. I can say here is the best. Before we c/in: Very easy to communicate with Ms.Bosang, quick reply and she gave detail info what we needed. C/in: When we arrive, she and her staffs are welcomed us with perfect smile. Breakfast: We ordered breakfast plate and kimuchi soup. As per staff, this kimuchi soup is actually good for 3-4 persons, that's why we asked if they can make it good for 2 since we're 2. Then, they served perfect size of kimuchi soup (also discounted). We really appreciate and the taste of food is very authentic. It was first time to feel so comfortable in Airbnb, we surely come back soon and recommend to my friends. Thank you so much for your super warm hospitality and make us perfect stay. I love your all effort and services.

The location and the people were fantastic. Our room was spacious and clean. With convenient access to the beach, we could easily indulge in seaside relaxation and catch breathtaking sunsets. The hospitality extended by the staff was exemplary. Moreover, the availability of parking added to the convenience. While our experience was positive, there were a few minor comments. Understandably, the pool wasn't as clean due to the ongoing water crisis(?) Additionally, the bathroom showed signs of age with some noticeable stains. These were minor inconveniences that did NOT detract from our overall enjoyment. One notable disturbance was an event held at the adjacent resort on our first night. The noise levels were considerable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. While this was beyond Bosang's control, we hope local authorities consider regulating such events to ensure they do not disrupt the area's tranquility. After all, not everyone appreciates very loud music at the beach.

Had a great stay, Bosang was very helpful with organizing boat tours for snorkelling or giving recommendations in the area.

Room is spotless and very spacious. Beachfront is so-so. There is a few meters of very narrow road before you reach the place so anything larger than SUV will have a hard time getting in. Bathroom is also very spacious but there are water interruption a few times but not that long and shower drain is clogged. A few hiccups but not that big of a deal. Host and staff are very accommodating.
