It is 15 to 20 minutes from the Town of Montague, which most necessities can be found.
Working fishing wharfs, , beautiful beaches, cattle farms, a large stoic Church will invite you into its charming, relaxing surroundings while driving around the local area.
Gifts shops, Restaurants, Golfing, Hiking Trails, Theatre, all can be accessed within 20 minutes!

The highlight of Annie's Beach House is undoubtedly its red sandy shoreline/beach front and yard that slopes gradually to the shore, making it easy for children and seniors to access the beach. Guests can explore the shoreline, beachcomb, and collect sea glass to their heart's content. The beach is also perfect for swimming, sunbathing, fishing, or simply relaxing and enjoying time with friends and family.

Annie's Beach House is located in a secluded area just outside the town of Cardigan, a small picturesque community situated on the banks of the Cardigan River on the east coast of Prince Edward Island.
The community of Cardigan is home to many busy businesses, a marina, a popular farmers market, large family parks, hiking trails, and restaurants.
Cardigan is also close to beautiful beaches, golf courses, and other attractions.
The Cardigan Marina is one of the hubs of the community; located on the Cardigan River, and part of the three rivers that open up into Cardigan Bay. Cardigan is well known for its lobster, mussels and clams and is a favourite destination for many culinary-enthusiasts for this reason.
The Brudenell Golf Course is a short drive away. Long recognized as the most popular golf course on the Island, this picturesque garden and river course offers six par 3′s, six par 4′s and six par 5′s.
