This Airbnb was exactly as promised. A clean budget friendly stay. The host is communicative and helpful. Would recommend to anyone needing a budget friendly stay in the Denver area!

My friend and I booked this place rather last minute and Xavier made sure it was a smooth process for us. He laid out all the instructions and guidelines for staying at his place in advance and was very detailed. The room was perfect and even bigger than I was expecting. Also, my room smelled amazing! You can tell Xavier has put in a ton of thought as a host and truly cares about his guests. Every detail is fine-tuned. The welcome sign in my room, to all the snacks and drinks, to reminder signs around the house. The house is extremely clean and quiet. We were going to a convention at the Gaylord and it was a perfect walking distance for us. Xavier was extremely responsive and kind in his communications. He truly went above and beyond for us during our stay, helping us in ways he did not need to. It did not go unnoticed and for that I am very thankful. The beds are also SO comfortable!! I cannot recommend this place and host enough. Please do yourself a favor and book this stay now!

Budget friendly place. Really close to the airport and the Gaylord Rockies. Neat and clean property with all toiletries, snacks and drinks. Xavier is super-friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Aurora for conferences.
