This is a nice location. Amenities are provided as listed. However the floor and the bathroom door need to be changed to match the value of the price. Alice is very nice and responsive in communication.

All previous reviews were spot on so do not have much else to add. Alice was a great host very responsive, flat is in a great location and serviced well. There is a lot of traffic noise but his is what you get with a city location. Overall we had a great holiday

Stay was very comfortable bcoz of location and close to everything. Good thing you will get a free garage parking. Great value accommodation.

A great place to stay in terms of comfort, facilities, cleaning, and location. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and washroom had all necessary facilities. The apartment is on a walking distance from Hurstville station. The landlord is very cooperative. Overall a great experience.
