Tolle Unterkunft mit einer super Ausstattung. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Außenterrasse und Pool lädt zum entspannen ein. Man ist schnell in der Stadt, es gibt auch ein gutes Restaurant direkt in der Nähe und auch alle weiteren Aktivitäten sind sehr gut erreichbar. Wir waren 2 Nächte in einem der 4 Chalets und waren super zufrieden! Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft zu einem guten Preis!

I stayed at the Jacen Chalets with my husband and 2 kids (8 and 5) for 3 days, and we had a wonderful experience! The little house was a great layout for us, well furnished and designed for short term vacation rental. Stairs are very tight so we kept the luggage downstairs, but we all loved the shared pool and I enjoyed having my cup of coffee on the balcony each morning. The area felt safe and private enough - easy drive into downtown La Fortuna and walk to Tiquicia Restaurant. Nighttime animal noises bothered my kids a little, but it wasn't too bad. The howler monkeys were kind enough to wish us a noisy farewell on our last morning!

Our stay at Jacen Chalet was excellent! The pool was beautiful and the chalet was very clean. It was a nice touch to have an outside eating and seating area. We ended up spending a day at the pool as it was just so peaceful. You do need to have your own pool towels, so plan ahead if you don’t want to drip dry. The air conditioning and hot water in the shower were fantastic! Evelyn’s quick response time and helpful information was very appreciated and we were very grateful that she allowed us to drop off our luggage earlier than initially agreed!

Our family stayed at Evelyn’s place in La Fortuna for 4 nights. Evelyn was amazing at giving us recommendations and helping arrange transportation for us. The communication with her was excellent! The location of the chalet was private and gated, so we felt very safe. The air conditioning and pool were great after returning from a day full of activities. We hope to come back soon!
