Milad was there waiting for us upon arrival. Asked to contact him if we needed anything, was very kind and polite. Also met me at 4:30 in the morning, right on schedule for checkout, I had an early flight. His place is clean and well stocked with what we needed. The building has a beautiful party room if you want to host friends, it has to be booked in advance. Shopping is close by, Walmart, T&T in a shopping mall within a five minute walk. I was there with a friend attending Stenberg College for a month, we didn’t get to explore Surrey much but it was relatively close to Vancouver, and we spent most of our time there. Special mention, great sandwiches, five minute drive. Vietnamese sandwiches, at Obanhmi. Thank you Milad!

Milad is a super host who really cares about guests. My wife and I with two daughters (10 yrs & 8 yrs) were very satisfied with his hospitality. The place was very clean and well organized. We were able to relax and feel very comfortable there more than our home!

Milad is very responsive and helpful. The place was really nice, just as described, and homely and we enjoyed our stay there. It is close to the bus and train station if you need to get around without a car. I would highly recommend this place, and will surely book it again next time.

Great host wonderful place and clean woukd come back again
