Beautiful house, perfect for a relaxing and private lake getaway. The beds were comfortable, having 3 full bathrooms was great, the kitchen was well-appointed and the game room was a fun touch. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay. Above and beyond expectations. Photos did not do it justice. Also there are three bathrooms, all with showers. Would definitely go again. It was such a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Short, beautiful drive to Bayfield as well.

Truly beautiful home in a special location - spectacular views of Lake Superior. We really enjoyed staying in the home, using the sauna, fireplace, and hiking to nearby spots. It's got a few options for eating and supplies within a reasonable drive, but it's all small town type retail. Easy drive to Superior or Bayfield if you want a day trip to more attractions. Otherwise, we loved the quiet, nature, and hunkering down to enjoy the space. They were great hosts, and the photos don't do the place or the location justice, it's MUCH nicer in person.

A switch in management of the property a month after booking was a bit stessful when I received a message that our booking was cancelled. I took a few days to sort things out but the owner took care of the issue and reduced our nightly rate a bit to compensate for the confusion. Much appreciated! Generally communication was good but we did not automatically receive check-in instructions to get into the property. Verizon cell service is poor in the area which made the communication process even worse. NOT the owners fault. In addition, whatever instructions for use of the place and check-out procedures were no where to be found. Our request for instructions through AirBNB the day before check-out were never responded to. Despite some of these hiccups, this is a stunning property that more than met our needs and expectations.

Beautiful location and home. We were thrilled to be on the water with space for a fire at night. The space was clean and as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were responsive to messages and communicated respectfully and clearly. We had originally booked this home under a different listing and the hosts switched from a management company to the current hosts. They made the transition from one reservation to another smooth and straightforward without issues. We would love to stay again in the future!
