James and Mary have a very nice home on a pleasantly old-fashioned brick road in the Colonialtown section of Orlando. The outside is well manicured, with convenient parking in the driveway and street and ample sitting/eating areas on the back and sides. It is tastefully appointed inside, with comfortable furniture. It has modern appliances and electronics. It is immaculately clean, with a pleasant perfumed aroma. Check-in was simple, with their instructions thereafter easy to find on plastic mats. James was very friendly and communicative, which made it all that much more easy and enjoyable of a stay. Would go back any time!

We had a great stay in James’s home, and we have bookmarked it as a “favorite” to stay again when we come to Orlando. The home was beautifully decorated and reflected the surrounding community. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom spacious. The kitchen was clean and had well equipped for eating at the house. We took a beautiful walk to a neighborhood restaurant and felt safe. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. We enjoyed the extra amenities left by the host, and next time we will take advantage of the back porch. Thank you James!

The bungalow was a beautiful and comfy home! Location is great and close to many great restaurants and spots to visit while in Orlando! The host was responsive and very welcoming to our family. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back when visiting my daughter in the future! Thank you James for a wonderful stay.
