Just like the pictures! I wish we were traveling with more people to fill the other rooms because it was more than enough space for just two of us. Very, very, clean in every room. Very close to LBI and surrounding areas with lots of restaurants around.

Place was great. The owners really do care about the place, but there are 2 things to watch for. The 2 cons are: That the management company Evolve is very slow to respond and I had to reach out directly to the owner to get a few questions resolved. Evolve doesn’t seem to communicate well. The owners are very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The second con is when we walked into the house it was pretty obvious that the place was not cleaned by a cleaning service. The renter before did the basic clean, but for the $100-$200 cleaning fee that was paid I don’t know how they could have missed the trail of sand and popcorn that was left in multiple rooms. I contacted the owners again and they were extremely helpful again. They contacted the management company(who schedules cleaning services) and they refunded me some money for the place not being clean. Overall, I would rent this place again. Just know to talk to owners directly. The management company seems to drop the ball.

We had a lovely time! The home was very conveniently located, clean, and spacious. We felt right at home. A very quick drive to get to the beach!

A basic property. Comfortable to be in. Everything worked. Location was good for my needs. One bathroom was fine since I was the only guest. Only real negative is nice outdoor space in back but no way to enjoy it. Like any rental property always pay attention to what is included and available. It sets the expectation so there are no disappointments. If the location works for you, this is a good spot.
