This is the perfect vacation spot for year round adventure. Steps away from one of the top 5 cleanest lakes in NH, 45 mins to the Seacoast and an hour to the white mountains, Sandy shore is the dream vacation whether you’re looking to kick back and relax, do water sports, swim, boat, kayak, ice skate, cross country ski, snowmobile, fish or view the fall foliage. Bring your own boat and park it at the private dock or use our 2 person kayak equipped with oars and life jackets. The top floor has a queen bed, walk-in closet and great views overlooking the head of the lake. The middle floor is the kitchen, dining area and bathroom. This is a full custom kitchen. The bottom floor has a pull out double bed, flat screen TV and free use of washer and dryer.

Great two night stay in Deerfield. Was surprised by the amount of breweries and restaurants in the area, including a great cafe. View of the lake was beautiful from the main living space and main bedroom.
A lovely time with a lovely view! Definitely requires comfortable maneuvering of stairs, but as long as you can handle that it’s very worth it! The lake was so beautiful, even on a grey and rainy weekend. Our dog loved the place and all the sniffs to sniff. Hope to stay here again!
Great little private hideaway in New Hampshire! Jessica has a wonderful place and was a very responsive and welcoming host. We hope to come back soon!
We had a very relaxing time. The house is very comfortable and warm. The kitchen and main bedroom beautifully overlooks the lake.
