Plus plenty of dining out options to explore nearby. Enjoy! This sunny abode with Mount views is set in the upstairs of our home. Its seperate to us with a private entry through the main front door. A lot of airbnbs are set underneath houses with no views and limited sun light. Not this one, as you get a great outlook with rare views of Mauao / Mount Maunganui all while enjoying horses on the nearby farm land. You will be greeted with all day sun making it warm and inviting in winter, and in summer soak up unobstructed views and open up the large sliding windows which allows the sea breeze to flow through. We get a lot of comments on the decor in this space with the aim to make it both inviting and interesting, thanks to the natural & raw materials with rustic touches and added greenery. All in all hopefully creating a good feel and relaxed vibe. More on the practical side there is one carpark park space available for you next to the house. There is a kitchenette which includes: a fridge/freezer, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric frypan, induction hot plate, sandwich press, and of course all you kitchen utensils and essential's. We provide some kitchen amenities - Coffee pods for the machine, coffee sashes, ground coffee for plunger, decaf coffee, tea bags, small milk to get you started, some small cereal options. Herbs and salt and pepper, olive oil. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an Ecosa memory foam mattress, plus a wardrobe to hang you clothes in and store bags. Fan provided in summer. The second bedroom has a double bed with an Ecosa mattress, plus a wardrobe as well. Fan provided in summer. A washing machine is provided in the cupboard with a small drying rack. The TV is a 43” Smart 4K LED TV with various built-in apps like Netflix etc to accommodate your entertainment needs. The house is sectioned off for your privacy as we live down stairs which is separated via a locked door. We can be available should you require any assistance.
