Enjoy this centrally located three bedroom with bunk loft and arcade. Full kitchen and dining area for the whole family as well as a bathroom on each level. Adorable street with many accessible walks to restaurants, trails and a neighborhood market. This unit sits directly Above Blue Jay’s hideaway ( a two bedroom one bath also bookable on air bnb) with which it shares the outdoor amenity courtyard making it the perfect gathering space for a wide range of group sizes. This is the entire main home of our multi-unit property with shared outdoor spaces. The main level is an expansive living and dining room with full kitchen for your perfect home away from home gathering. Rest soundly in two bedrooms with queen beds and Jack and Jill bathroom. Four twins hide in the kid’s loft along with the second bathroom and arcade.

Very nice place to stay!
The house was perfect to have our Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, appliances and cookware. The beds were very comfortable with quality sheets. We used the hot tub while visiting and was heated and working properly and felt amazing during the cold nights. The house is close to Kendall Yards if you want to get a nice walk in along the trail. Our family took full advantage of the old school Pac Man game upstairs; hubby got high score on Dig Dug. We would definitely stay here again.
Amazing place! Kendall Yards is a really pretty area to walk around and grab a bite! Ryan’s place was super clean and everything was exactly as described.
Ryan’s place was super convenient to walk to restaurants, the grocery store, the centennial trail (lots of biking/walking), a very cute park and nice neighborhood. Check-in was east, the space was incredibly nice and clean. For a work trip this was 100x better than staying in hotels! Ryan was quick to respond to messages about the location and great to book with!!!
