A very responsive and helpful host. The place was clean and had plenty of space for our family of five. The neighborhood was ok. At the end of downtown and the beginning of a residential, so you get the downtown riffraff nearby (which isn't too bad anyway) as well as the quiet residential neighborhood up the street. It is right next to the freeway, so you get a bit of the noise, but you can't really hear it inside, only outside. It is in a central location, so most places are within a 10-15 drive around town (airport, downtown restaurants, the university, restaurants in the residentials, etc). All around a great place to stay.

We needed a place to cook Thanksgiving dinner for my mom who lives in a memory care unit in Spokane. The apartment was clean and there was a nice cozy sitting area near the kitchen for my mom. The modern decorations were fun, especially the big swinging door. The beds were really comfortable! The apartment is very near the highway and The road noise didn't bother me at all....It was like white noise. There was a quiet neighborhood to walk the dogs.

Very helpful and responsive hosts, condo was just as listed. Spotless and beds were super comfortable, good quality sheets and pillows! It was in a great location, close to downtown area restaurants and activities. With that location does come a few local homeless, but nothing that gave us concern or unsafe feeling. I would stay again with no hesitation!
