A beautiful place in a great downtown location. Loved the location, we could walk to restaurants, shops, museum and the river. The loft had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We will definitely be back!
Perfect place to stay in downtown Clarksville! It’s a really cool space in an old 1880’s building. Has a modern loft vibe. Best part is you can park your car and walk to local restaurants/bars/coffee shops. Highly recommend!
We loved our stay! Such a great location in downtown Clarksville and close to APSU. It was decorated beautifully, clean and lots of space. The Hosts were super responsive and helpful too! Great stay!

What a gem of a place! With our family of six, we always use Airbnbs over conventional hotels, and so I've seen my share of places, ranging from disasters to really sweet escapes. This was definitely the latter. There are hosts who understand the business of hospitality, and Mat and Annie are among them. The space is on the second floor of a brick construction multifamily in downtown Clarksville. In April 2024 everything felt so new it seemed possible that we were the first renters. The space must have been completely gutted and rebuilt, and very tastefully decorated and furnished. It is a very long, narrow shape, so the only windows which look out onto the quaint downtown are in the living area. Only negatives would be that there are people above and below, and creaky beams which make some noise, but they have mitigated this by providing earplugs and white noise machines in the bedrooms. There is a video game console which delighted two generations of players.
