Host is very responsive, super clean, heater works good. everything that we needed is there for our stay. I even had an office while I stayed there. Really quiet and private for me and my family. Never had any complain during my stay..

When we arrived, in the winter months, it is dark and cold. When we got there it was -3 degrees, we are pretty familiar with the North Pole area, but had a small amount of difficulty finding the place. The issue we had was in the introduction message I got which had a lot of info, but it indicated that the door entry code is the last 4 digits of the clients phone number. So I tried it over and over again, went to a couple of the other units for some info, called the contact number for the property, which is a phone service, I indicated that I needed a call back as I could not enter. I got a call back 3-5 minutes later, was told the code is actually different than the one given to us earlier. So that was a bit of a hiccup for us. The only other thing that was a negative was that the walls on each side of unit #2 are pretty thin, you could hear people talking, was a bit annoying but not really a bother to us for a week. Beds & linens are very comfy, overall nice place

Spent Thanksgiving here with my wife and it was amazing! Happy to have been able to book this place on short notice. The place was big and nicely decorated, and the hosts was extremely nice and helpful. Will definitely book again next time in Fairbanks!
