Access to Meadow Bay North's private beach is included! Visible off the deck, this is included with your rental and allows wonderful Spring & Summer opportunities to enjoy the beautiful weather! Welcome to Meadow Bay Getaway. We cannot wait to be your host! This property offers views of the lake and private beach access, as well as free parking and centrally located for dining, shopping, and exploring. The townhouse offers a bedroom & bathroom on the first level, as well as a bright and open kitchen, dining, and living room area on the first floor. Dining accommodations available for up to 6 indoors and 4-6 outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare anything from holiday faire to informal meals during your stay. A large deck off the dining room overlooks a private beach and allows guests access via a stair pathway to the shore. A BBQ and firepit is ready for visiting and dining al fresco. The living room is the perfect place to curl up on the sofa and listen to music, catch up on shows or movies, gather together for chess or checkers and great conversation! The two main bedrooms offer space and comfort with fresh linens, bedding, pillows, and a wall-mount Smart TV. Younger guests will love a space of their own in the very spacious bunk bedroom with full-over-full bunk beds and plenty of floor space to let imaginations run wild. The bunk room will comfortably sleep up to 2 adults on the bottom bunk for a total of up to 6 adults + 2 children. Both bathrooms offer a shower-tub combo, with a vanity and fresh towels for our guests, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Upstairs, stackable front-load washer and dryer are free to use, and a semi-private desk space is perfect for working during your travels. Guests and their families will have access to the private beach. Guests may need to demonstrate to HOA that they have access to the unit if requested. This amenity is for the homeowner and guests of the homeowner only. Providing the unit number and name of the homeowner(s) and/or management may be requested during your stay. You may also present a copy of your signed rental agreement for confirmation. Booking guests may not invite others to private beach not staying at the property. Exceeding a group of 10 people in any public area of the property, including the beach will be asked to disburse. The public walkways, outdoor areas, property decks, lake access, and private beach prohibit smoking of any kind during your stay. Please review all HOA information in your rental agreement prior to check-in. Please do not litter in public areas, on the deck, on pathways, or the private beach. All vehicles must be parked properly between the lines. No vehicles shall take up more than one spot each and spaces are first come, first served prohibiting "saving spots." All trash must be removed from the unit on a regular basis, as well as at check-out. Storage bins must be appropriately used for disposing of all waste. Each unit has an outside area with a door for the purpose of storing trash, and all trash must be bagged tightly with the supplies offered by the owner in order to prevent scavengers. This is a high fire zone area. San Bernardino County prohibits charcoal / wood barbecues, fireworks, tiki torches, candles, bonfires, and wood fire pits anywhere on the mountain. My group and I had a wonderful stay at the town home this past weekend! The location is beautiful and the hosts did an excellent job of providing a clean and wonderful space! We were provided with clear check in and check out instructions which made our stay even easier! The hosts were super helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Due to a personal emergency we needed an extra hour or two for checkout and they were extremely understanding! The house was beautiful perfect for families and groups with kids! We truly had such a wonderful experience and would 100% book again!
I absolutely loved staying there and would highly recommend. The photos don’t do this place justice. The host was wonderful. Again, I highly recommend stay!
Meadow Bay Getaway is a gorgeous three-bedroom, two bath townhome located within a 17-acre gated community of Meadow Bay North, on the popular Hamiltair Peninsula.
Certain community awareness and regulations are required in this community under the Meadow Bay Board of Directors as described in CC&R's. Violation of regulations and CC&R's will result in a fine that will be passed to the booking guest. By booking this property, the primary guest understands and agrees to adhere to all guidelines, rules, and regulations before entering the property.
Children under age 14 must be attended by an adult at all times outside of the unit, including the parking lot, exterior garden areas, pathway to the private beach, the private beach sand and lake. All guests will swim at their own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty, but children under age 14 are to be under the constant supervision of an adult.
Slingshots, arrows, BB-guns, paint ball guns, pellet guns, silly string, confetti, poppers, firecrackers, fireworks, wood-burning fire pits, charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on the grounds of Meadow Bay and will be immediately reported to the Hamiltair Patrol for removal from public areas and may result in eviction without refund.
Meadow Bay Lane is a private residential road and all persons on the premise must follow speed limit rules of no more than 10 miles per hour. Exceeding this speed limit enforced by the Board of Directors will result in fines of $50+ per offense.
Motorcycles and motor bikes are not permitted within the confines of Meadow Bay and Hamiltair Peninsula except as used for transportation directly from the entrance to the unit parking. "Cruising" through Meadow Bay North and Hamiltair Peninsula is not permitted.
Bicycles, scooters, roller skates, skateboards and any toys with wheels is not permitted on the pathways of Meadow Bay North complex.
Perimeter gates are never to be left open. Please close all gates completely when entering and exiting.
Loud noise is not permitted at any hour. Disturbing neighbors with loud music, televisions, radios, loud conversation, screaming/yelling is not allowed. If guests are disturbing the peace at any hour, neighbors will contact the complaint line for Meadow Bay North for Hamiltair Peninsula Patrol to issue a ticket for disturbing the neighborhood. Quiet hours must always be obeyed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., and excessive noise levels will be fined at any hour.
A description of all regulations will be provided in an eSignature document by the booking guest prior to arrival at the property.
We recommend traveling with a vehicle during your stay. The immediate area surrounding the townhouse is excellent for taking walks or bike rides. However, The Village at Arrowhead Lake, restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing is best accomplished while driving. Uber and Lyft does exist in Lake Arrowhead but may be unreliable during all hours of the day and night. For additional transportation options, we recommend Lake Arrowhead Taxi or download "UP HAIL" on your mobile device to locate reliable and available local transportation. For public transportation options in Arrowbear, Crestline, Rim of the World and Arrowhead please reach out to management to receive a link and route schedules.
