Apartment is architecturally designed and is located in a pristine, calm neighborhood at VGP Selvanagar, Velachery, Chennai, behind Grand Square Mall. The property is brand new and is tastefully done to the liking of all guests. It is well connected by road and rail transports. In close proximity are Malls, Cinema theatres, Restaurants, Shops, Recreational activities and Offices. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Property is located in the Ground floor. This house features a large Airconditioned Hall cum dining with a 42" TV. JIO setup box with channels are pre activated. A small writing desk with chair is also available in the Hall. Master bedroom is spacious and has a King bed, working table and attached bathroom. Second bedroom is a cozy space with a queen bed. Kitchen is fully furnished with gas stoves, pots, pans, plates, cups, mineral water, kettle, microwave, mixer and all necessary cutleries. Washing machine is in service area near the stairs, where you can wash and sun dry clothes. Master bedroom had attached bathroom. Second bathroom is attached the hall. Both bathrooms are fitted with geyser. Free covered parking is available in the property.

Great accommodation and so convenient to commute around chennai
Clean and well maintained facility. No facility to hang clothes in the cupboard in the 2nd bedroom. Insufficient racks in toilet to keep toiletries. Kitchenette is well equipped. 5min walk to Supermarket and restaurants
fantastic place. clean and well maintained. covered car park. All essentials within 20 - 30 meters radius. Daily house keeping. I would definitely prefer this to any 3 or 4 star hotel. very very highly recommended. Host Mr.Ganesh was very helpful and courteous.
We stayed in Ganesh's apartment the night before our flight. It was easy to find coming from Pondicherry, and the next morning, it was a quick Uber ride to the airport. The apartment was new and very clean. We would stay there again if we're back in Chennai!
The apartment was a great place to stay for 5 days. It was nice and clean and suitable for family of 2 adults + 2 kids. The location was awesome with a good park right next door which was great for the kids. Main road is walking distance (approx 500mts) or many auto/taxis are available as well. Couple of shops are just opposite to the house which was great as well. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend/return.
