Comfortable bedroom. Location great for Harlow Carr Gardens. Parking by the front door. Very quick response with communications.

Henry was not there when we stayed the house was lovely and quiet. He left us food for breakfast and immediately answered a request from me. Would stay again.

It was someone’s spare bedroom. It’s a walking distance from the town centre, and the host, Henry did what was required. If you want more than that then you need to pay more money. Recommended for a quick visit.

Stayed for a week as someone new to the U.k. We got to enjoy all the aminities. Henry was so generous we did a late checkout and he was so helpful.

It was great to meet Henry and, as tourists to the area, learn from him about local highlights and history. He also generously set out breakfast items, which was very convenient.
