The place itself was absolutely beautiful, everything was clean and had good amenities. Big outdoor area with a nice pool. Host was very responsive. There was an issue with the recycling which took away a tiny bit of our time, but manageable. I would suggest this Airbnb for families. I did feel there was a lack of trust after multiple phone calls/texts and notes (prior to even entering the premises), being that my group was not a family and did not feel completely private for the money we paid. It was disappointing to see, since my group and I are very responsible professionals. There should be a restriction for only families, that way non-family groups don’t book here. It is a very nice and modern house, and we enjoyed our stay otherwise. But would highly recommend for families, you will greatly enjoy your stay here.
Great place to stay. Jim was very communicative and assisted with any questions I had. Offered early check-in and late check-out, which was great. House was clean and looked just like the pictures.
