Linhope in Wooler, Northumberland sleeps two guests in one bedroom. The living areas in this barn conversion consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area for two and a sitting area with Smart TV. There is one super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with Smart TV and en-suite shower room. Outside there is off-road parking in the nearby car park, a shared courtyard, and a private side patio. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and 0.1 miles a pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Experience Northumberland at Linhope. Note: This property does not accept children. Note: There is a narrow, open-tread spiral staircase with wide railings that some guests may find difficult, please take care.

Thank you for our stay. We found the cottgae cosy, spotless with a great sized bed! We were pretty much left to ourselves, which suited us and had a friendly chat with host when checking out.

In the Cheviot foothills, which are a part of the Pennine Way, Wooler is a charming, historic market town on the banks of the River Till, one of the Tweed's tributaries. Wooler, often known as "The Gateway to The Cheviots," is a charming town with a variety of lodging options and dining establishments that makes it the ideal starting point for trips around Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. A short drive from the historic town of Alnwick with its renowned Castle and Gardens and the well-preserved Garrison town of Berwick-upon-Tweed is Wooler, which is located on the fringe of the Northumberland National Park. A short journey will also take you to Chillingham Castle, home to an illustrious herd of wild white cattle, and Coldstream, located just outside the Scottish border.
