Spend your vacation days exploring nearby attractions, including Yosemite National Park and Pine Mountain Lake. <b>House Rules</b> Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home is within a gated community that charges a fee for each vehicle entering, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is subject to change without notice. This unit has a hot tub but it is non-op. If it is clean and warm during your stay you are welcome to use it but if it is not clean and warm, it will not be available. If it is set over 100 degrees it will shut off. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles. <br/>Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
