Wow! This place was everything that we expected and more. The decor was well thought out and welcoming for anyone with small children to a group of friends looking for a great spot to have a base for exploring Beverly and the surrounding areas. Shila was extremely responsive and proactive in communicating before, during, and after our trip in the best ways. My children thanked me for the trip when we got home! Thank you so much for the hospitality and if we are ever in the area we will be sure to try and stay again. Not to mention the personalized touches and the handwritten note that greeted us upon arrival.

Host was extremely communicative, answered questions promptly, was flexible, and provided a great guide with amenities, check-out info, and more. The space was clean, updated, and exactly as described and depicted in photos. Wonderful decor. Felt right at home.

We absolutely loved Shila’s place! We felt right at home the minute we walked in. Shila was very helpful since the minute we booked, from suggesting the best way for us to commute as a family, places to try and what weather to expect. She even notified me when early check in was available which I truly appreciate! The place was tastefully decorate, so many cute photo opportunities (a plus for my tweens) and squeaky clean. The place is about 10 or less minutes from Salem and about 35-45 minutes from Boston and walking distance to a lot of cute shops and restaurants. After a long day of touring, it was so refreshing to be able to lay in such comfortable beds( literally better than my beds at home)! To top it off, we were greeted with a bottle of wine, two glasses and a personalized note with local recommendations from Shila’s dad. Shila’s place was the perfect home away from home, cannot wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Shila's place for a week. The unit was adorable, extremely clean and spacious, just as advertised, with great amenities. The beds were comfy. Shila is an awesome host, great communication, always responsive. She provided clear instructions and communicated to make sure we were comfortable/everything was going well.  Will definitely be back to this location. Highly recommended!
