From here you can access all train, tram, coach, bus and transport links and stations within minutes; accessing the entire city centre within minutes of walking and the rest of Manchester by simply jumping on transport at your doorstep. The suite is fully refurbished with a functional and clean kitchen area and cosy breakfast bar and wooden box area where the 'old school ' windows overlook a statue of a grazing cow!! The kitchen is made out of scaffolding boards and osb Timber, quite functional and original; yet supplied with modern appliances such as kettle, microwave, air fryer and induction hob; everything you need to cook up a a meal for yourself. The Apartment also has a separate shower room with a hot and powerful thermostatic shower and wash basin and a further toilet room with wash basin. There is an open plan sleeping living arrangement with a Double bed, sofa bed and a small table for work and an beautiful antique wardrobe. The property is equipped with state of the art chrome plated electric sockets with USB outlets, internet connection and smart TV with many of your favourite channels. The apartment flooring is a mixture of painted concrete flooring for kitchen and bathroom areas and high gloss walnut coloured wooden flooring for the back living area . This provides the cleanliness and freshness one would expect in their own home. Sit down and relax hidden away from the rest of the world , tucked away safely listening to the rain from where you are and only a stone throw away from the hustle and bustle of city Centre. You could not possibly imagine you could feel so comfy and safe yet be so central!

Le logement a un certain charme et la chambre est vaste et agréable. C'est très bien situé et l'ont peut tout faire à pied sans aucun souci. Seul petit bémol, j'y suis resté en week-end et le vendredi et samedi la nuit est assez bruyante. Mis à part ça, très bon séjour et Michael est très réactif.

Great spot to stay in Manchester! In the city centre so extremely accessible to various restaurants, transport links etc. The accommodation was much more spacious than expected which was a wonderful surprise. Although we didn’t end up cooking anything, the kitchen appeared to be fully stocked with everything you’d need to make a quick meal. Would definitely recommend booking to stay here.
Michael was really nice and helpful. Although there was a problem with booking, he took care of everything as fast as possible. The location is good.
Great location for a place to stay in Manchester! 10 min walk from the station, easy to get too! Michael was super helpful and really fast at responding. The flat is lovely, I felt very safe and secure, the place was super clean and had everything you could need.

You are at the door step of Piccadilly Gardens within the trendy and popular Northern Quarter of Manchester City Centre. Located in the Epi Centre of everything!
Come out of the building and walk over across the road to the coolest cafe to access, Chapter One where you can simply enjoy reading a book or work there all day from 10am till late. You also have Cafe 19 with delicious breakfasts and food all day and the tastiest black pudding sausage roll.
You can access the shopping centres within a minute of walking to Market Street, Primark and The Arndale Shopping Centre. If you walk further along down Market Street you can turn on to Deansgate shops, Harvey Nichols, Marks and Spencer and Selfridges.
If you are after the bars and cafes simply walk to Thomas Street and Stevenson Square and there you are in the middle of the trendiest coolest bars in city centre.
If you plan to watch a Manchester United or Manchester City game, the tram stop is 2 mins walk to Market Street and within 10 mins in either direction you are inside Old Trafford grounds or the Etihad Stadium. We are happy to look after both teams. They are both Manchester teams ( some may argue otherwise!)
Piccadilly and Market Street tram stops are 2 minutes walk from you located in Piccadilly Gardens area.
Piccadilly Train station and Victoria Station are both about 7 minutes walk in opposing directions.
Piccadilly Bus Station is also a minutes walk away in the Gardens.
The coach station just off Portland street is about 7 to 10 minutes walk down Portland Street.
You are located close to the Arndale Centre and inside the Piccadilly Gardens and Northern Quarter areas of Manchester. You can walk to the office buildings, shopping centres as well as all the local cafe bars and restaurants. Saint Anne Square, Saint Albert Square, Deansgate, Printworks, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Exchange Square and Stevenson Square are all within easy reach!
