Had a lovely stay in Palenville with my fiancée and our two good friends. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The fire pit and fireplace really made our chilly early spring trip cozy. We picked it for the nicely sized kitchen to make some good meals and it did not disappoint! Would definitely stay here again.

The place is in a great location close to Katterskill falls, Hudson, and Woodstock. The house is very spacious, clean, and has plenty of useful amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here for a catskills trip.

Family spent 4 nights here. Pros: property was easy to find , looked just like the pictures, clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils, more than most AirBnBs. Delicious coffee provided, bottle of wine welcomed us. Yard was nice, with 6 large Adirondack chairs, room for kids to run around, plenty of cut wood for the firepit. Very comfortable beds. Cons: We had no water for the first 2 days. Thank god we picked up bottled water before arrival. Mgt company had plumbers replace part and we then had water but still very sporadic and LOUD every time we flushed or used a faucet. Even on day 5, everyone in the house woke up from the loud noise whenever water used, even just a flush. Internet glitched day 3 and we couldn't reconnect the one TV in the home. Messaged mgt twice for help, never responded with instructions. Our plans for some epic movie nights were thwarted. Not much to do in area in off-season, so not even having a TV became a problem.

We felt at home upon arrival. Given the weather, we were grateful to walk into a warm house with great amenities. The coffee & tea set up alone was amazing! And the bottle of wine was a lovely treat. It was spacious with beautiful nature surroundings, and the communication with our host was excellent. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great six night stay at this home, flying in from Paris to explore upstate NY. I was really impressed by the high level of cleanliness, comfort throughout, and check-in was a breeze after arriving later in the evening following a drive from the airport. The home is well-located as a starting point to explore many of the charming towns of Hudson Valley, local forests and waterfalls, and the drive back down to NYC was an easy two hours. The communication with the agency was friendly, helpful and speedy. We had reviewed many listings in Hudson Valley and finally decided to go with this one, and we felt we had made the right decision.
