This was the perfect space for a long weekend with our dog. Kevin's home is gorgeous and comfortable, located in a peaceful area and close to great hiking trails. We would absolutely stay again!

Kevin’s house was great for our stay! This was my first time staying in Catskill, and we chose it for the proximity to other towns we wanted to visit. It was perfect for that. The property is just gorgeous and I loved the quiet country setting. My group enjoyed everything about the house and we all agreed that we would 100% stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Clum House. The house itself is beautifully appointed with tasteful design and fascinating art and objects. It was a delight to explore every room and discover unique pieces. The property was cozy and peaceful, situated on a quiet road with only a few cars passing by during our entire stay. Our dog, Indy, loved the spacious yard, providing ample room to run around and explore. Kevin ensured we had everything we needed, and his recommendations for nearby groceries and restaurants were spot-on, making it easy for us to explore the local area. The house is super close to all the best towns upstate, including downtown Catskill, Hudson, Hunter, etc. Communication with Kevin and Dusty was always prompt and polite, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from booking to check-out. All in all, our stay at Clum House was lovely. We'll definitely be back!

My fiancé, parents, and I enjoyed our stay at Clum House. It is located equidistant from Catskill and Saugerties on a quiet road in a beautiful setting with a view to the mountains beyond. The house is a perfect blend of rustic charm and tasteful décor. My older parents, who typically don't fancy staying at Airbnb's, loved their stay and felt the house was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We loved the wood burning fireplace in the living room and fully equipped modern kitchen. Kevin, the host, was responsive and offered great suggestions for local restaurants. (I'd recommend both the nearby Subversive and Rip Van Winkle breweries). Our one suggestion would be to add another full or queen bed so that the house can more conveniently sleep two couples.
