We’re seasoned, world travelers and not complainers. We don’t expect perfection but we do expect a clean, livable space. Sunny Days was FILTHY. Dirt and grime everywhere. Stains on couch, spills inside of refrigerator, crusty toilet ring, floors painted grey but brown with dirt and grime in corners. Gurgling underneath structure in the middle of night. Sewer smell! The portable fan with a quarter inch of grimy dust says it all. They had the audacity to place a paper toilet strip over the toilet as if it had been cleaned. And there were cards in every room saying, “Cleaned by Sunny Days”, with a signature of the housekeeper. Don’t believe me? I have pictures of it all!!! To rectify the situation would have taken up the duration of our stay. Came here for a vacation, not a nightmare. We spent as little time on site as was possible. We were had. Avoid this dump at all cost.

Overall, this place is good! There were a few small things that came up for us, such as them not providing Keurig coffee pods for their Keurig, the french press being broken, the wifi having connection issues, and other such small things. But the space was comfortable enough, and the view was amazing!

We wanted to love this listing so bad! But the longer we stayed, the more we realized that the paint and decor was masking a lot of other issues. When we arrived, we noticed some hair and dust bunnies around the house, but didn’t think it was a huge deal. The longer we stayed, the more uncleanliness we saw. There were dead bugs on the wall in the kitchen, food left on cutting boards, pet hair on everything, as well as the hair and dust. The bedding had holes and stains. There was no drying rack or kitchen towels to do dishes. I requested a refund through Sunny Days and they made it extremely difficult to obtain a copy of my rental agreement. They also have not contacted me at all after I submitted the refund request. They did fix the heater quickly, and offered to clean the house, but by the time they could get someone out to clean, we would be leaving. The location was beautiful, and again, we wanted to like this listing so bad! We will not be going through Sunny Days again.

It is super clean and cozy and worked well for the four of us visiting. The location was a little confusing to find at first because of the road signs but we quickly figured it out. The view from the hill top was absolutely beautiful. I’m glad I woke up early to see the sunrise. The spot is SO close to all the wineries! Everything we had planned was just a few minutes down the street. Thank you for an awesome stay!
