Max’s place was in walking distance to the Village/ Rue Saint - Catherine’s and the historical Old City of Montreal. With amble street/garage parking options we also found it a good launching off point for driving to the Jean-Talon Market, Little Portugal, and McGill University area. Montréal was still recovering from winter when we visited so many of its outdoor attractions and festivals hadn’t opened/begun. Despite all this, we enjoyed our stay. We look forward to visiting Montreal again during the warmer months :)!
Vintage apartment with modern amenities, located in walking distance to UQAM, Metro, and Latin Quarter. Parking was convenient on the street and in a secure garage nearby. Max was very responsive and provided excellent recommendations for food and fun. My family enjoyed our stay, it reminded us of our first apartment.
My wife, two kids, and myself stayed at Max's apartment for the solar eclipse April 2024. The place felt very comfortable and it was perfectly located for our needs. We walked to the Berri-Uqàm Metro station which was only a couple minutes away from the apartment and that station is a hub for almost all of the city (four of the five lines converge at this station). Our children are five and three years old so we tried to make as much use of the metro as we could. We drove up from New York and were able to find free parking a few blocks away for most of the stay, we had to move it the day before we left but it wasn't difficult to find a different spot. Max was very responsive before and during our stay, he messaged back very quickly and always provided a thorough answer. We will be back in Montreal in the future and hope that Max's apartment is up for grabs when we return :D
Max’s place was a really sweet spot to stay! It is in a great location near plenty of food and coffee! The kitchen is awesome and the beds are comfy. We would 100% stay again.
I enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again. Felt right at home.

Idéalement situé, ce logement vous offres l’opportunité de profiter de Montréal, toutes les commodités sont à 3 ou 4 min de marche, métro Berri-Uqàm, bus 747 (airport line), bars, restaurants...
l’appartement se situe au commencement du village gay, un quartier animé où il est agréable de prendre une marche en été, et de se rendre aux nombreux festivals qui animent la ville. J’habite ici aussi et j’aime vraiment ce quartier
Tout est à distance de marche, 3 min à pied pour ce rendre au métro, bus et taxi au coin de la rue à 1min. Pour stationner une voiture, il y a un stationnement à côté de la maison (24$/24h)
