The location was perfect, central yet quiet. The house was quaint, cozy and welcoming. It was everything we were looking for for our time in Carmel. Mark and Krista were so helpful and responsive, there were a pleasure to have as our hosts.

Can't say enough. Beautiful property. Bathrooms pristine and stocked like 5 star hotel. Beds and Furniture were fresh and comfy, back patio and grounds were well gardened, Kitchen stocked with really good quality pots pans, appliances and extras like spices and oils etc. Wifi, TV, security were all in working order. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

This was my second stay and just as fabulous as the first. The cottage is in the perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants. And a longer walk to the beach or a very short drive. The cottage has everything you need, well stocked kitchen, very comfy beds, a great bistro table and chairs near the front door where we ate, had cocktails and played cards. You can’t ask for more, already planning our next trip. Thank you Mark and Krista.

Krista was super responsive. She got a pest control company out immediately to deal with the ants and they were gone in 24 hours. She communicated by text and by phone which was super helpful. They provided us with a list of things to do, places to eat and very detailed instructions for everything in the house. The welcome gift (wine, candles and gift card) was very nice and generous!!! Because of the configuration of the bedrooms and bathrooms, make sure you are comfortable with whoever you are sharing the house with. Access to the master bedroom and bathroom are only through the guest bathroom or guest bedroom unless you leave and enter the master from outside.
