Recently renovated, unique stone cottage in the heart of Ireland. This idyllic cottage is nestled near the Royal canal in Sonna and is only 6 miles from Mullingar town.Our cottage is full of character, which has been tastefully restored to retain it’s original charm but now contains a modern twist with all your usual home comforts. Cottage with extension- -could suit families/friends sharing - Downstairs:kitchen/ living room .second reception room/study.1 bedroom and 1 bathroom Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and office space

Delighted to get to stay at Mike's listing - the host was very attentive and willing to work around check-in/out times if we required. Lots of bedrooms, which was ideal for our group, especially after we informed the host that we preferred more bedrooms and did not need the study. Spacious kitchen/living area made a great communal space, and distance to town was ideal (very quiet, but easily drivable).
Michael Lynn is the best host in my experience on airbnb. the house looked way bigger from what it looks like in the photos. all clean, tidy, and well equipped.
