Its spacious layout can easily accommodate large groups, making this the perfect choice for a getaway for friends or family. You'll also be within walking distance of the marina, where you can swim and sunbathe at one of the beach areas. The Yosemite National Park South Entrance is only 21 miles away. The sprawling private deck is positioned to showcase the amazing views and includes an outdoor dining area with two grills plus a smoker and a separate lounge area featuring a gas firepit. Inside, you'll find custom artwork furnished by the original homebuilder, along with highlights including updated bathrooms and an impressive kitchen boasting three fridges, two dishwashers, and two ovens. The fireplace provides a cozy centerpiece for gatherings in the living area. Challenge your guests to some friendly competition with a few rounds of Ping-Pong in the garage. A tankless water heater provides plenty of hot water throughout the home. Additional perks include beach chairs and umbrellas for use during your stay. <b>Things to Know</b> Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Great place to stay especially having another area downstairs. Plenty of space for a big family to come enjoy. Lake is walking distance. Will definitely book again in the future!
There were 14 of us, some who we haven't seen in a while so it was great to find a place that fit us all so we could spend time together as opposed to staying in separate hotel rooms. Plenty of room for all of us to have dinner in the kitchen and the family room. It is also close to Yosemite which is a reason we chose to stay in Bass Lake. It was also nice to have access to the marina - just a short walk and not too hard of a hike back up for the older family members. Plenty of bedrooms which was nice for some privacy for all the family members. All of the appliances worked, plenty of plates & silverware to use, the ping pong table provided some entertainment & competition, the deck had a great view of the lake and the propane fire pit worked. When you enter the code for the front door, don't pause too long as it reset for a couple of us but we got the hang of it. The downstairs apartment is a nice separation from the rest but know it is much colder but there are heaters for each room.
it was a bad experience as it was cold and the unit had no propane so there was no heating, nor hot water, and we could not cook. The propane was added the following day. Also, unit claimed to have a iron but we were not able to find it and they were supposed to have one of their support staff take us one or find it, but they did not. Propane tanks on the grill was empty and support staff took us a talk the following morning. When renting fully stocked units, it needs to be the responsibility of the host to ensure that it is fully stocked and that things like propane are not ran till they are absolutely empty.
Our stay was exceptional! The property is spacious, and clean. We loved the proximity to the serene lake and enjoyed scenic walks. Our host was friendly and provided great local recommendations. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable and memorable stay.
