Kd’s place was easy to find and the location was right at the center of Ayala! A very serene and guarded location. You’d easily feel safe. The Security Guard were also very nice to us :) Just a few comments, first, regarding the fried smell of the room once we got in, I think the previous guest before us had fried or cooked something. Second, the shower and sink needs to be cleaned since there were hard water residues stuck. Lastly, there were too many decorations which I think weren’t that necessary, the place was nice but these decorations would just collect dust. Though, overall, we had a good stay at Kd’s place, they were really responsive, helpful, and patient, even though we asked them several times if we could check in early since we arrived in Cebu at 6am hehe. They also provided a dust and broom for us when we requested since we stayed for 5 days. Very helpful. Thank you so much, Kd and team!

responsive host.room was clean and air conditioner work well. in the center of cebu so you had to takes a taxi to go diving but taxies are really really cheap in philippines so not very expensive compared to american taxes. host was very helpful in switching rooms because i decided to stay longer....

I loved my stay here from Chicago so it’ felt right at home very clean and friendly staff ! The area is peaceful and very chill felt very safe being in a gated community as well made my stay here feel amazing ! I definitely used up the Bluetooth speaker that’s connected to the table i definitely will b back to this spot !

Booked this unit for my parents and they were very pleased with their stay. The hosts were very responsive. The unit is clean and beautifully furnished.
