Ideal for the beautiful sunsets of Cebu City. How to book and access: 1. Make a booking for your desired dates. Upon booking, please enter the names of all guests (we will register all your names with the building management so they know you are coming) 2. Please send us scans/photos of all guests' valid ID's (due to local law, any building/airbnb/hotel need this) 3. We will send you your access code for our smart door lock so you can access the unit hassle-free, along with a maps link, unit number, and simple instructions. You can check in at 2 pm or anytime thereafter. 4. Your access code will work from 2 pm on your date of check-in, until 12 noon on your date of check-out. Please check-out in time so we can clean the place before our next guest. If you need more info, then please don't hesitate to contact us. We really enjoyed our stay, apartment is super nice, and our host was very great at communicating with us. 5/5.
We were particularly impressed by the remote-controlled curtains that afforded us a splendid view of the city skyline, undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. The property's convenient proximity to key destinations such as Ayala Mall, IT Park, and Landers grocery store, as well as various dining establishments, rendered our exploration effortless, with most destinations accessible on foot. Our host's responsiveness was exemplary; she promptly addressed any inquiries we had. Our experience has left us aspiring to replicate the comfort and convenience of this accommodation elsewhere in Cebu.

I honestly had such a super relaxing stay in this place. It was hassle-free. It’s spacious, modern, clean, and safe. Shops are just around the area as well. Any issues, you can message them anytime with a quick response.

There are restaurants, cafes, and bars, within few hundred meters or less. For longer distances, Grab is mostly the recommended option. Grab is an app that let's you book taxies easily in the Philippines. Just like Uber works in other countries.
