This is the best building to stay in Avida Towers. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for my family of 4. We only stayed here 2 nights in between travel stops, but it provided just the perfect sanctuary for us to cool off and spend some restful time. It's also quite close to shops, restaurants, and the mall. We used that mall to bring back lots of "pasalubong" to our friends and family back home. The elevators (there are 3) were always working and were fast. That's not always a giving in Cebu buildings. The internet was fast and reliable. I had no trouble with Zoom meetings while my son played a game online. We'd definitely recommend this place for a small family or a couple of friends who need 2 BRs.
We had a great stay
Short walk to Ayala Central Bloc and near restaurants and coffee shops. Ayala Center is also a short taxi ride from this two-bedroom, two bathroom unit.Mia and Paul were great hosts!
