This brand-new home built in 2023 includes 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms with plenty of space for everyone! Tucked away on 2 acres of land, the Cardinal Cabin provides lots of privacy & includes two large decks with multiple seating options, as well as a gas grill, outdoor gas fire pit, and hammock. Inside you'll find a stocked kitchen, games for all ages, & more! The Cardinal Cabin is a 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom home with nearly 1400 sq feet of space for you and your guests to enjoy! This ranch style home includes a large primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom, a queen-sized bed and desk in the second bedroom, and two twin XL beds (dorm size) in the third bedroom, along with a travel crib stored in the closet. All bedrooms include sound machines and ceiling fans! You will find a fully equipped kitchen at the Cardinal Cabin, including brand new stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, dishwasher, dishware & flatware (including kids utensils/plates/bowls), cooking basics, ice maker, toaster, knife set, blender, and crock pot. We do our best to always have ground coffee stocked in the pantry for our guests! In the main living space, there is a 70"+ Smart TV, dining table with 4 chairs and an oversized bench for plenty of seating, 2 bar stools, a large couch with chaise lounge, additional seating, and a laptop-friendly workspace with desk chair (for a total of two workspaces in the home!). There is a remote controlled ceiling fan as well, and a gas fireplace. We have plenty of outdoor space at the Cardinal Cabin! Situated on 2 acres, we have large front and back porches that include rocking chairs and an outdoor daybed on the front porch, and additional seating on the back porch as well as a gas grill and gas fire pit. Guests have access to the entire yard, which also includes a hammock! OTHER ITEMS TO NOTE: Fast WiFi (WFH friendly), washer/dryer, clothes drying rack, towels & linens provided, central A/C & heat, keyless entry, hair dryer in both bathrooms, hangers, iron & ironing board, steamer, extra blankets, yoga mats, games / puzzles, books, and other outdoor games. For infants/toddlers- we provide a travel crib, highchair, kids utensils / plates / bowls, and a variety of kids toys for ages 0-5. PETS: We are thrilled to be a pet-friendly cabin, but we do require notification of any pets at the time of booking which includes a $125 non refundable pet fee. Failure to pay the fee prior to arrival can result in additional fees charged in addition to the $125 pet fee and / or cancellation of your reservation. SECURITY: External security cameras facing driveway and back porch, and doorbell camera at front door. PARKING: Paved 2-car parking pad plus additional parking on gravel driveway. **In the chance of inclement weather, 4-wheel drive may be recommended when driving up the driveway (or please plan to park at top of driveway).**
