Amazing, private, secluded, comfortable and modern property located just 2 km from downtown La Fortuna and a short drive to all main attractions in the area. Villa Foresta has everything you need to enjoy your visit, it has 2 bedrooms with A/C unit and private bathroom each one, great open fully equipped kitchen, living room, WiFi, smart TV in each bedroom, washing, dryer machine, BBQ area and a relaxing private plunge pool to cool off and relax after your activities in Arenal Volcano area. The property is totally gated with an electric gate, located in Ecoquintas residential area just 2 km away from downtown La Fortuna. It has two spacious bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King sized bed, A/C unit, smart TV and private bathroom with hot water. Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed, A/C unit, smart TV and private bathroom with hot water. Also there is an open kitchen fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals, comfortable living room area, smart TV in the kitchen, laundry area (Washer and Dryer), refreshing plunge pool, BBQ area with gas grill and parking on premise up to two cars. About the pool, it is plunge pool (Mini Pool – Not a jacuzzi). Jets only will be active from 3 PM to 7 PM for the maintenance process, it can not be activated at any other time. Pool size is: 5 square meters. A plunge pool is a smaller, svelte alternative to a traditional pool, perfect to cool off or leisurely float.

El lugar superó por mucho las espectativas, era como estar en un hotel con la comodidad de la privacidad. El lugar estaba muy limpio, muy bien organizado, contaba con todo lo que se necesita para cocinar. La parrilla fue muy sencilla de utilizar, el jacuzzi tenía las dimensiones correctas para una tarde de copas entre amigos, las camas eran realmente cómodas. En definitiva uno de los mejores Airbnb en los que me he alojado, definitivamente regresaré ahí cuando vaya d nuevo a San Carlos.
Wonderful place. Be mindful that the kitchen is outdoors and can have ants. The bedrooms are very comfortable.
We absolutely loved our 3 night stay at Allen & Eder’s place. The home was immaculate, so modern, spacious, and very clean. We stayed with our 2 teenage kids and both bedrooms were a great size. We loved coming back after a day of activity and relaxing in the pool. The common areas are perfect during the day but we didn’t utilize them at night as it is all open and the bugs were a bit of a nuisance at night. However it didn’t bother us at all because we were ready to go to sleep by that time anyway. The location was great— very close to downtown La Fortuna and there was a cute family owned restaurant just a 10 min walk. We didn’t have a car but used ubers and private drivers very easily. The neighborhood felt very safe. The hosts were extremely helpful setting up different excursions for us and were very quick to communicate. We recommend this house wholeheartedly. My kids said it’s their favorite Airbnb we’ve stayed at so far!

Villa Foresta is located in Ecoquintas residential area, very calm and safe. Easy access to downtown area and all the main attractions.
We recommend have a car for this property but in town there is a very good taxi and Uber service, also we will be please to help you arranging transportation for your stay in La Fortuna.
