Relax in this peaceful NW Bend home with king beds and access to Quail Park. Enjoy natural light from the skylights and high ceilings. Kick back in the expansive backyard with mature plantings, tall trees and flagstone paths. Multiple patios including a deck off the living room, a paver patio with fire-pit, hot tub, outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. EV charger, HEPA air filter and garage access. No parties or pets please. Trip insurance recommended if illness, weather or smoke may be an issue. The property is in an established quiet westside neighborhood near Central Oregon Community College. The neighborhood is a mix of families with young children to retirees, and everything in between. The home is on a cul-de-sac with no through traffic. Quail Park is accessed via a walking path 1 house away from your front door. Behind the home is an undeveloped area with a walking path.

If you are looking for a quiet place in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac that only the trees rustling and the birds singing are the only noise you hear, this is the place! This property is secluded and yet close to everything you need! The home is very comfortable, especially the couch! Porch lovely to sit on! I highly recommend!
I would have given this a perfect score and honestly this place is amazing but unfortunately the hot tub was very dirty and definitely needs some attention. We honestly couldn’t spend more than 6 minutes inside before feeling very uncomfortable.
Place was an absolute gem, would stay there again, plenty of room for my family of 5. The house had everything you need and more. If you are planning a trip to Bend or Redmond highly recommend I would stay there again.
10/10 Loved this house! House is located at the end of a cul de sac in an established, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful and quiet. Beds and furniture were high-end and really comfortable. We didn’t cook any meals at the house but the kitchen was well-equipped with anything you would need including a good selection of oils and spices. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with. Very responsive and proactive, although we had no issues while we were staying there. Our favorite part was the hot tub in the evenings. The perfect place to have a glass of wine and unwind after enjoying our time exploring Bend.
Super quiet neighborhood. House was exactly as advertised. 10 minute drive from just about everything in Bend. Definitely appreciate the easy/minimal check out procedures.

This is an established, quiet neighborhood with families and older folks. You will find mature ponderosas, rolling hills and a handful of "Little Libraries." Steps away to Quail Park: a four-acre hidden gem with a playground, pickle-ball court and park benches to soak up the conifer filtered sunshine.
Personal car is recommended for transportation. Quail Park and COCC are walkable.

Now that we have put down roots and have a family, we want to provide the kind of warm hospitality we experienced in so many places around the world. We were both born in the Pacific Northwest and spent our first three years together living in Jakarta, Indonesia. Ryan enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, roasting coffee, surfing and all things nerdy. Katie likes yoga, reading, trail running and creativity in the kitchen.
